ABOUT BLUESOFT

A senior engineering team
focused on fintech AI.

We're an engineering studio that ships production AI for B2B fintech SaaS — RAG over financial documents, agents for finance operations, LLM features inside products, and ML for fraud and risk.

02 / WHO

Who you'd be working with.

Direct contact with the engineers building your system — no account manager layer in between. Every engineer on staff has shipped your kind of project before.

Working software engineer. Founded BlueSoft to build the kind of fintech AI engagements he'd want to work on as an engineer.

Ali has been shipping production AI in fintech since before "production AI" was a phrase that needed quotes around it. The work that pays the bills is RAG pipelines, finance ops agents, and ML for risk scoring. The work that keeps it interesting is Tradevo — BlueSoft's own trading infrastructure platform, in production, with real users, same shipping pressure as a client engagement.

On every engagement, Ali is one of the engineers on the build — not the sales contact, not the project escalation point, one of the people writing the code. That's how the studio is structured.

Working alongside Ali, a team of senior engineers — all with fintech production experience, all named on the engagements they're on. If specific engineers would be on your project, we'll introduce them on the first call.

03 / ENGAGEMENT

How the work happens.

What an engagement actually looks like from your side, week by week. Not a sales process. The actual rhythm.

01

First conversation.

30 minutes. You describe what you're trying to ship. We ask technical questions about the use case, the stack, and the constraints. If it's a fit, we say so. If it's not, we say that too — sometimes we'll point you toward someone better suited.

WEEK 0 · 30 MIN · NO DECK
02

Scoped proposal.

Within three business days of the call, we send back a written scope: deliverables, timeline, milestones, and a fixed price. You see what we'd build, how long it takes, and what it costs — before signing anything.

WEEK 1 · WRITTEN · FIXED PRICE
03

Build, with you in the loop.

Weekly check-ins, working code in your repo from week one, eval results shared as they happen. Your engineers can review pull requests, run the system locally, and ask questions in shared Slack. No black-box delivery, no big-reveal at the end.

WEEKS 2–N · TRANSPARENT · COLLABORATIVE
04

Handoff and ongoing support.

When the engagement ends, your team owns the system end-to-end — architecture docs, eval suites, runbooks. We stay available for follow-up questions and offer a light retainer if you'd like one. No lock-in, no platform fees, no surprise renewal.

WEEK N+1 · YOU OWN IT
04 / WORK

What we've shipped.

CASE.01 · 2026
Tradevo
Most trading journals tell traders what happened — profit, loss, win rate, and trade history. What they don't explain is why a trade succeeded or failed, how much profit was left on the table, or whether better execution was realistically available.

Magic
Card interchange is a tax on every e-commerce transaction. For a merchant doing $10M/year, Visa and Mastercard fees alone consume $200K–$300K in margin — money that goes to networks and issuers, not the business.
